HOURS: 16.5 (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
We are seeking to recruit a full time Healthcare Assistant on a permanent part-time basis, to join the existing nurse team at Bridport Medical Centre.
The successful candidate must be trained in venepuncture and be able to demonstrate an understanding of screening and monitoring of patients within primary care. Other clinical duties will depend on previous experience gained.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; you must have the ability to prioritise your workload and work to agreed timescales. You will be required to work on your own initiative but be adaptable and work effectively within the nurse team.
A full inducation course and ongoing training will be provided as well as access to the NHS pension scheme.

Volunteers needed ~ Patient Relations Volunteer
Purpose – This role is about welcoming patients in to the medical centre and improving the patients journey. The volunteer will work closely with other third sector agencies and will signpost where needed.
